Have you ever thought on a computer with 2 processors, 5 hard disks, and 17 operating systems? Well, that's exactly what I'm working on! The list of operating systems I wish to put in there currently includes: BeOS, FreeBSD, FreeDOS, Haiku, Linux (still have to choose a distro), Minix, MS-DOS, OS/2 Warp, QNX, ReactOS, SkyOS, Solaris, Syllable, Windows 3.1, Windows 98, Windows XP, and of course Zeta. I made my plans and I'm pretty sure that everything should work fine. In the meantime, I just received a new hard disk for my main computer. It's a Seagate Cheetah 15k.4, with a speed of 142 Mb/s and an average random access time of 3.8 ms is probably the fastest drive in existance today! With this new beast, I updated the 2-days-old File-To-Resource adding the support for different resource types, and it's now at version 1.1, get it! And if you need a new USB keydrive, Microsoft is giving them away. |
